Keeping Track is the monthly newsletter of the Essex Running Club in New Jersey. Please email news, articles, and race info (announcements, results, recaps) to Chris Jaworski. Race results should include (a) your name; (b) name, location (city, state), and date of race; and (c) your time and any item of note (e.g., PR, age-group award). Optional but encouraged: (d) Internet link to results for race and (e) recap.
